Terms & Conditions — Freedom Flow Collective, LLC

By engaging with the offerings of Freedom Flow Collective, LLC—including but not limited to virtual and in-person breathwork sessions, sound journeys, 1:1 coaching, group events, digital products, and memberships—you agree to the following:

Scope of Practice:
Breathwork and Sound Healing are complementary, holistic practices. Haley Marie (Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator and Certified Labor, Postpartum, & Infant Care Doula) and Luke (Sacred Sound Practitioner) are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and personal growth, but are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or crisis support.

Informed Consent:
By booking any session or purchasing a product, you affirm that you are physically, emotionally, and mentally able to participate. You understand that breathwork and sound experiences may bring up emotional or physical responses. You agree to take full responsibility for your experience and will seek additional support as needed. You may pause or discontinue participation at any time, and your autonomy is respected throughout all offerings.

Release of Liability:
Except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct, you agree to release and hold harmless Haley Marie, Luke, and Freedom Flow Collective, LLC from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in any of our services. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or unforeseen responses during or after participation.

Confidentiality:
All private sessions are held in confidence. Any personal disclosures made within sessions or private communication will not be shared without written consent, unless legally required. We uphold respectful boundaries and protect the integrity of all individuals we work with.

Booking and Refund Policy:
All digital products are non-refundable. Live event tickets and private session bookings are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Rescheduling of sessions may be allowed with advance notice, subject to availability.

Code of Conduct:
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke service if a participant behaves in a manner that is harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to the integrity of the space or to others. This includes but is not limited to harassment, boundary violations, or unsafe conduct.

Sovereignty and Responsibility:
Freedom Flow Collective does not offer guarantees or fixed outcomes. Our work is rooted in co-creation, not authority. You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that your healing journey is ultimately self-led. We provide space, tools, and guidance—but the power rests with you.
